High volume solids wax to seal and protect all above water surfaces from UV and salt water degradation This product restores shine (as you would expect) to a vessels topsides ie: all areas above the waterline and helps seal all the microscopic pores in the gelcoat caused by UV damage. It also makes the boat easier to clean and helps stop staining just above the waterline. However it should never be used below the waterline as it will stop the adhesion of any paint system and if applied over antifouling will effectively block the chemical interface between the paint and the seawater.
