The duties of this vessel include all kinds of hydrographic measurements and inspection of the seabed in the coastal waters of the North and Baltic Seas. There is a high-technology hydrographic echo sounding system on board. In addition, the vessel is equipped with two 8-metre Fassmer survey boats. Special davits with swell compensators guarantee safe boat handling even in bad weather. All measurement instrumentation and electronic equipment are real state-of-the-art technology.
