The Multi-Skimmers are equipment with three different cassettes (drum, discs and brush). The cassette can be changed from one type to another in order to be able to recover spills within a wide range of viscosities. Drum and discs are used for spills of light to medium viscous oils and brush for medium to high viscosity. Typically water content of the recovered fluid lower than 5%

Optional auxiliary equipment:

Aluminium top cover for the cassettes.
Water steam injectors in suction and/or delivery connections of the pump. This is to reduce the pressure loss in the pump and/or the delivery hoses.
Water steam rail with injectors aiming at the cassettes. This is to reduce the viscosity of the cargo.
Protection grid. This is to keep large, floating objects out of the cassettes.
