Construction details:
Outer and inner skin kevlar/carbonfiber. Core material Nomex. Decks Kevlar with
Nomex weave as core material- Top quality epoxy resin as used in the aircraft
industry. The construction is vacuum formed in order that the gluing resulting in a
seamless more durable boat- The use of the new materials and technology means
that we can achieve the light weight construction. Following innovations have
been made: Extra reinforcement of the gunwale with additional full size carbon
layer and employment of full carbon foam frames-
Additional parts included:
Fitting stainless steel or aluminium. Sliding seat wood or carbon with holes. Hard
anodised aluminium tracks, adjustable. Profiled aluminium wing riggers, anodised
with Insert gates. Footstretcher fully adjustable with adidas shoes.
