In dimension, form and equipment the shell reflects the latest knowledge and
technique available. It has been carefully built according to the latest design.

Construction details:
Outer and inner skin kevlar/carbonfiber reinforced sandwich material with nomex
honeycombs. Frames reinforced with carbonfiber. Highest quality epoxy resin,
same as used in aerospace industry. Vacuum bag technique is used to guarantee
total bonding between outer layers and sandwich core.The combination of
aramidfiber (kevlar) and epoxy resin results in a tear and impact resistance of the
outer skin,that cannot be matched with other materials for the same weight.
Following innovations have been made: Extra reinforcement of the gunwale with
additional full size carbon layer and employment of full carbon foam frames
(with the exception of K82/K83).
Additional parts included:
Fittings stainless steel or aluminium. Sliding seats wood with holes. Hard anodized
aluminium tracks, adjustable. Outriggers aluminium, adjustable, with eccentric
rowing gates or Insert gates. Footstretchers fully adjustable with adidas rowing
shoes. Fin-rudder.
