First sailboat catamaran designed by Bernard Lelièvre, and thus at the origin of ADN, the EDEL Cat H38' is a middle range cat, accessible to ocean cruising, Simple, Seaworth, Swift & User-friendly.
The EDEL Cat H38' has been designed for the Edel Catamarans shipyard, well informed professionnals, appealed by our innovative ideas, to become an new EDEL Cat'. Vaccuum FRP sandwich Construction : PVC foam core / Mulitaxial Glass reinforcements / Isophtalic & Vinylester marine resins, Nidaplast Sandwich for the nacelle floor.

The HELIOS 38 comes into a schedule of conditions very innovative : designed for rent, the EDEL Cat H38' had to be dismountable & transportable by container in order to rent each boats in Mediterranea in summer and in the Caraibes in winter, an important architectural challenge.

Unfortunately, the freight market changing, the EDEL Cat H38 has not been constructed dismountable but keeps its modularity, for easy handling.
