The boat "BARCELONA FAST FERRY" has capacity for 48 passengers and is available with different engines, is capable of speeds up to 30 knots. This is a stable planning hull of 14,65 m in length, manufactured with high performance materials. The new boat inherits lamination techniques and structural design developed by our R+D on the successful SLIM series, evolving further our technology to reduce the displacement and consequently reduce fuel consumption. The result, is a passage boat practical, fast and with minimum maintenance costs. One point that has worked especially, attending to the needs of the sector, is that the boat can be transported by road, so shipping company can store the boat onshore when the season ends and therefore reduces the mooring costs, the antifouling consumption and facilitates inspection tasks. The new model is presented as a efficient and cost effective option, responding to the demands of our customers for tourist sector. The objective is that our customers receive a product which allows them maintain the competitiveness without compromising a design with personality, clearly different from other passenger boats.
