Also due ever increasing amounts of hygroscopic (= water-absorbing) bio-fuels in current diesel (in 2010 in the EU already 10%), heavy pollution in the form of bacteria (strings) and residues occur ever more frequently.
The Micro-Separator is designed to filter these unwanted matters out of your fuel and store them in the integrated collector from where it can be drained once the collector is full.
Specific properties of the Micro-Separator are:
- No rotating or otherwise moving parts.
- Once mounted, the Micro Separator will last an (engine) life time.
- No insert filters which need to be renewed.
- Filters out particles to a size of 75 µ (micron).
- Tests show that up to 99,997% of the water is separated from the fuel.
- Filters out even sand and corroded particles thus protecting the engine.
The fuel tank will continuously get flushed with clean fuel, which improves the condition of the fuel in the tank.
If mounted in combination with the Fuel-Stabiliser fuel magnet, even further growth of bacteria will be stopped.
Mobile fuel polishing units and fully automatic tank conditioning units are also available.
