Antifouling paint for the protection of boats against the adhesion of shellfish and seaweeds. Suitable for plastic, wooden and iron boats. Effective even at 35-40 miles/hour boat speed. The particularity of Tropikal 480 product lies in the fact that the color of the coating becomes brighter upon immersion in the sea, an effect which is more intense in blue color (dark blue-gray becomes sky-blue). The color change is due to the composition of the product; poison acts as a self-polishing agent. Slime goes away easily and the boat's bilges are easily cleaned even at a speed of 4-5 miles/hour. Tropikal 480 ensures an effective protection of the boat for a period of 6-8 months, while it has been noticed that in some parts of Greece, due to the weather conditions, problems start to appear in excess of 10 months. Tropikal 480 should be used only when Tropikal 380 has already been used with no satisfactory results.
