- 6.93m 22' 9"ft The Surf Scoter is a semi-displacement power boat offering comfortable cruising at a respectable speed of 12 to 17 knots. She is a traditional appearing pilothouse design with a flush deck forward. Full headroom and an inside steering station are just a couple of her features. The Surf Scoter has been designed around a 90 hp. outboard that runs in a well at the aft end of the cockpit. This power gives her speeds up to 17 knots, with 12 knots being a very comfortable and quiet cruising speed.
