Boat light dimmer (for LED lights)

The RGB LED Bars require a Driver/Dimmer to power and control the color, as well as provide full digital dimming. Pressing a simple momentary switch will change colors, and in the last mode the LED's will gradually cycle through all 7 colors. The driver also provides dimming capability by simply pressing and holding the momentary switch, resulting in full digital dimming operation.
