Boat decking : teak panel
E2
Daniel Georgus
Marine plywood with milled rubber grooves (patented). Central aisle inserted. Upon request, the mouldings can be embedded as well or they run out.
Application: This is an affordable alternative to our solid E3-deck. It also weighs less! We manufacture according to a mold so there is no waste. We will provide the finished parts which you can glue immediately.
Construction: Marine plywood, ca. 6 mm thick with ca. 2,5 mm teak-veneer. The grooves are milled according to the ship's shape and sealed with our single component bonding assembly sealing SEA LINE 100. The space between the grooves can be chosen to be between 35 mm and 50 mm. Single segments will of course receive outer edges with mouldings. Hatches, fans, anchor locker covers etc. can of course be bordered with a wider moulding, too. If you have any special requests, we will be happy to fulfill them.
