The Coronet 240 is a daycruiser with the possibility of overnight stays. It is equipped with a pantry and a small toilet at the starboard side.
When sailing the Coronet 240, you can easily feel the ground-breaking bottom shape that made and still makes the Coronet boats special: The Vshaped bottom of the Coronet boats is still a model example for all modern V-bottoms, and was once created by the American James R. Wynne.
The hydraulic steering has a perfect hold on the Duo-Prop drive, which makes the boat nice and calm to sail.
You can clearly feel that you are sailing a yacht: In spite of the 240's rather modest 24 feet, the Coronet 240 feels much larger. There is power to spare from the inboard diesel engine, and the boat's calm sailing gives a clear impression of a much larger yacht.
