The Comet 65 (also available in Deck House version), conceived by the board of Bruce Farr, is a pure sailing yacht, with classical lines, and with a performing hull which characterises her as an Ocean Racer.
Her water lines, bulb shape and rudder shape have been conceived and studied with the objective to get an unique sailing yacht: modern, fast, with an enviable cross on the waves, and at the same time very balanced, steady and safe. A real Lady of the seas!
Specially designed for long stays at the seas, Comet 65 joins good stability with a low centre of gravity of the bulb keel. This one has been developed with a new concept and is proposed with two different drafts.
Her sail plan and displacement ratio, makes the Comet 65 a perfect Club-Racer, ideal for fast cruises and for long ocean passages.
Her sail plan, rigged at 9/10, with sweptback spreaders and a single line of runners, guarantees great stability on every point of sail, and an easy management.
