Filter Particulate System DBS/DAS: the nature of innovation in the new filter system DBS is unquestioned.
The system is indeed capable of regenerating in a purely passive way
when the temperature ofthe exhaust gas exceeds the value of 250 "C
thanks to the covering from the filter its not necceasary the injection
ofdiesel. In the case of low load, the filter retains soot particles and the
achievement you get are a given value from the pressure system
automatically activates the injection, giving way for the regeneration
of the filter. While The pre-fìlter oxidizes are under process the catalytic
diesel is injected: this way it facilitates the heating exhaust gas and
regeneration from the filter to obtain low backpressure while in operation.
THIS SYSTEM IS SUITABLE FOR MARINE APPLICATIONS.
Filter Particulate system DPF-1/DPF-2: is a self-cleaning filter system with solely passive regeneration. the self -cleaning properties are archieved throught a patented catalytic coating of the filter surface (filter monolith).
The filter system is suitable for vehicles and machines operating on medium duty cyde (medium exhaust gas temp.)
Typical applications for the filter system are off-road equipment, urban buses, stationary engines, tractors, truck an commercial vehicles. The filter system's function in continuosly controlled by an electronic monitoring system, wich also data logs.
