The well proven and popular design was in fact the first collaboration between Cheoy Lee and naval architect Frank Mulder. A partnership that went on to produce such notable vessels as Cheoy Lee's 125' Motoryacht "Janet", the two "SeaShaw" projects at 145' and 172', and several other 100'+ yachts.
The 16.3m Pilot Launch is constructed with a rugged single skin GRP hull under Lloyds class survey. A very fine bow, round bilge hull and superstructure sited well aft ensures a comfortable ride for the occupants even in severe conditions.
Below decks, there a head, a galley, and crew mess area as well as either a large store or sleeping accommodation for up to four crew.
