A new planning and building design for boat doors.
Celegon is a leading company for the production of ERGON hardware kits. The kits allow the door construction with the Ergon movement provided with the double way of opening.
The ERGON®ocean mechanism has been developed for the nautical sector. ERGON®ocean, which stems from the well-tested hardware designed for the residential environment, is made by special and salt water-resistant protections and Inox metals.
Thanks to this special doors, it is possible to build internal doors with wooden jambs and panels; in addition, customized dimensions are available (width with door open: 50 cm).
Celegon commercializes only the hardware kit that can be used in the construction of wooden doors at a similar cost to that of a classical door with circular opening.
ERGON®ocean reduces 50% of the panel’s encumbrance and, thanks to the innovative movement, the door can be opened from both sides and its push opening is as easy as that of any classical door.
In the planning stage it gives interesting solutions to the internal room organization and it allows new furniture arrangements also in small rooms.
ERGON®ocean is a certified and patented system which suceeded in the rigid CATAS Test with 100.000 openings (Catas has issued a Report Test EN 1191/00).
