The project has equally accentuated all the advantages of the Catri concept. Catri 24 with 3 men crew is safe, comfortable and capacious for longer offshore sailings. Catri 24 with 2-3 men crew, full sail pack and reduced weight will be a serious opponent for significantly greater competitors, especially in medium or strong weather. Small dimensions allow the use of trailer for conveyance quickly reaching the most exciting sailing places in wide neighborhood.
In order to promote increase of popularity and number of Catri trimarans in competitions, we have decided to charge minimum price. We have calculated discounts for the first customers: Nr.6 – 10%, Nr.7 – 8%, Nr.8 – 6%, Nr.9 – 4% and Nr.10 – 2%. Actual costs of serial construction will be particularized and the most attractive price will be charged for the further orders.
Catri 24 in the hydrofoil surfing mode at the coasts of UK is depicted in the picture. Hull and outrigger are floating the water while the weight is borne on the hydrofoils.
