The Sparkman & Stephens studio praises the perfect success of the particular coopération which began with Alan Gilbert's new designs for Sangermanifs advanced technology. They are confident that they have achieved the best possible solution for their Europe an clientele, which is very interested in this particular sector, and most significantly that after 50 years of coopération with the Italian yard they have begun a "new era for the S&S/Sangerntani relationship This lias been exemplified by the construction of the new IMS Maxi racer-cruiser: a perfect example of the combination of the Italian constructors ' very sophisticated traditional workmanship in wood with the most modem structural technology and sail development.

With its comfortable mahogany interior, this yacht lias been built to take tackle even a transatlantic crossing in perfect safety with a crew of only four people.
