Description

Bodopox 900 is an epoxy resin without solvents consisting of a mixture of bisphenol A, bisphenol F resins and a smaller amount of reactive diluents. Bodopox 900 has a very low viscosity and due to the particular content of reactive diluents it has excellent wetting and penetration properties. This resin is free of crystallisation at normal storage conditions. Bodopox 900 is primarily designed for the composite industry. This resin is well suited for Vacuum Infusion Processes laminations, filament winding, and in particular for the Construction of composite structures by vacuum driven injection processes. Bodopox 900 is developed for productions for which in particular the low viscosity and strong mechanical strength requirements are demanded. The selection of curing agent is decisive for as well the technical features of processing as for the mechanical and chemical resistance of the finished cured product. Bodopox 900 is designed to work with the following harder systems from Bodotex. Bodocure INF 24 Infusion Post Cure High TG Results Bodocure IN24T6 : High TG Thixed for hand layup High TG Return Bodocure INF 32 Series : Infusion Hardners Product data: Viscosity: 800 – 1000 mPa*s Specific gravity: 1.12 – 1.16 Kg/Ltr EEW: 165 – 175 g Colour: Transparent and faintly yellowish
