This restaurant could be established in edge of river, and built on a platform of 1000m2. It has a pleasant external terrace of 120m². The restaurant has 2 rooms of 200 and 105m² and a private apartment on the first floor of 120m². Two panoramic terraces on the roof can be used as place of relaxation.

The BATIFLO process allows floating buildings constructions in several dimensions and with varied architecture. The cement mix poured over an extremely resitstant floating system offers excellent stability with a centre of gravity very close to the water level. The floats protect the house from any water infiltration (capillarity).
