This floating bungalow is ideal for the creation of a holiday village. With a livable surface of 60m2, it has a living room and kitchen of 34m2, two bedrooms of 9m². This bungalow has a terrace of 48m2 and a peripheral gangway of 0.8m. It based on a platform of 108m2.

The BATIFLO process allows floating buildings constructions in several dimensions and with varied architecture. The cement mix poured over an extremely resitstant floating system offers excellent stability with a centre of gravity very close to the water level. The floats protect the house from any water infiltration (capillarity).
