This floating house has a conventional architecture and can be established on a river, a lake or private pond or in easily flooded area on dry ground. This house has two stages and a livable surface of 140m2. It based on a floating platform of 300 m2 what offers a great external surface all around the house.
The BATIFLO process allows floating buildings constructions in several dimensions and with varied architecture. The cement mix poured over an extremely resitstant floating system offers excellent stability with a centre of gravity very close to the water level. The floats protect the house from any water infiltration (capillarity).
