Motor-boat : hard-top super-yacht Baia ONE HUNDRED
Open Sesame
The concept of indoor/outdoor yachting takes a large step forward with the Baia One-Hundred. First, the bow and stern connect via large side walkways to provide unfettered access to the dual lavish al fresco spaces. The living/dining area forward was made possible by the use of an extremely slender windshield that resulted in the well utilized extra space. Then to complete the yacht’s transformation the interior spaces can be opened to the bow via an inventive aperture. The salon connects to the aft deck with a clever foldaway door for virtually limitless access to the main deck.
The innovations aren’t only above the waterline. The well-engineered keel is crafted for surface propulsion mated with Arneson drives for a top-notch rough water ride. The hefty displacement was combined with a small keel for a yacht that grips the water, allowing for the use of a slightly flatter bottom, which results in more interior volume. These enhancements also lead to less resistance and better performance over 35 knots.
