The Skerry is one of the few rowing hulls which are not "spoiled" by the required installations to make it an excellent sailboat. It is the boat for long treks: sailing when the wind is good, rowing when not. In both cases, you'll be going far and fast! The sprit rig is easy to set and to use, powerful for its size, and all the spars are short enough to be stowed without hampering rowing. The hull is stable and offers sufficient of buoyancy to face a good chop with 3 adults on board. Two rowing stations allow several crew combinations while under oar, always keeping the best hull balance for optimum handling.
