In order to choose the right RLG-CODE furler model and its correct dimensions and configuration, you have to keep in mind boat dimensions and sail plan. In the same way, the furler type, whether manual or motorized, defines its simplicity of use. In fact, the furlers range widens and we now offer manual and motorized (electric or hydraulic) systems which may be installed either above or flush deck with a spherical connection.
These systems have been designed in order to furl, thanks to quick release pins, not only sails such as CODE 0s, Drifters, Light Genoas, with luff integral to the stay (that is, the stay is sewn in the sail by the sail-maker himself), but also free flying asymmetric sails such as Gennakers, Asymmetric Spinnakers, MPS, Reachers (to be furled with the special RollGen stay= RLG).
