Description

The OVNI 370 meets the challenge set by ALUBAT : design a 100% aluminium, lifting keel boat of under 12 meters long and 4 meters wide made for blue water sailing (category A). Designed in close cooperation with the naval architects Mortain/Mavrikios and CBA, the OVNI 370 is fully in line with the new OVNI range. Her chined hull, her rounded and inverted bow, ensure a lot of interior space and excellent performance under sails. Reactive, she charms all those who have tested her and enchants her owners. "Once settled on her chine, she is like on a rail, we can sail without the autopilot!" told us some owners. Her panoramic roof and her raised saloon and chart table provides lots of visibility from the inside while keeping watch in the greatest comfort. Well set up for short-handed crew, all sail-control line run aft from the mast and are centralized on the roof in the cockpit which makes all the manoeuvres easier. The lifting keel allows access to areas in shallow waters or to ground. This is also a safety criteria since you can enter a maximum of ports without worrying about the tide. Thanks to her raised salon and her panoramic roof, you can fully enjoy the view from the inside. Plenty of inside and outside storage and a technical room with an easy access to equipment make the OVNI 370 a true blue water sailboat. For any visit or test, contact the Alubat shipyard, the team will receive you in Les Sables d'Olonne with pleasure!
