Using a three piece tooling system the solid fiberglass hull is molded. With expanded closed cell PVC as core material, the decks and superstructures are formed. Only first class components are meticously installed. The rigging and the engineering correspond with US Coast Guard, RIna, ABYC and CE rules and regulations.
