The Damage Control System(DCS) offers to the crew a quick overview of the status of the damages of their vessel. The presentation is carried out by zoom able 2D or 3D plans
The following alarms can be displayed:

- Water damage
- Fire, heavily smoke loaded areas
- Atomic, chemical and biological incidents
- Pipe bursts and shell fractures
- Explosions

These alarms being generated from sensor data are inserted into the overview plan automatically. Due to the flexibility of the system a manual input of arbitrary dangers and situations is also possible. Furthermore rescue lanes and staging areas can be defined and displayed.

A further feature are the so called "kill cards". Those Kill Cards provide instant access to critical procedure lists for equipment and machinery within the affected compartments. Therefore it is possible for the crew to take all necessary actions according to the procedure lists effectively.

The Damage Control Systems (DCS) is a very flexible system offering a lot of possibilities for extension and can be aligned to any vessel type individually.
