We supply continuously manufactured thermo- plastic-sheet laminates. These are specified by: resin type, fibre type, resin content, fibre structure, thickness and width. Highly consolidated thermoplastic sheet laminates made of a large variety of resins and textile fibre-structures. Nearly each structural Advanced Composite product requires specific laminates for optimum fibre-property use. This is the reason, why no "standard" or "catalogue" products exist in our program. The high-speed heat-forming process of thermoplastic AC - sheets requires highly consolidated sheet laminates.
