Even though the technique seems simple, due the exceptional conditions on a ship, the installation of stretched ceilings is particularly delicate: exposure of the canvas to the wind blowing on the decks, absorption of the vibrations and the movements of the ship, the interface with the other building trades on board are some of the parameters to be taken into account for the study and the installation.
