I-MS SERIES

The Accu-Router I-MS machine is perfect for small to medium-sized solid wood parts, pre-dimensioned parts, and moldings. The table size for the I-M can either be 2'x 4', 3x 5', or 4'x 4'.

The I-MS features a regular vacuum table, but can also be enhanced with a Carter Flip Pod system. The Carter Flip Pod system is a vacuum piece-part work holding system. Machined locations in the "pod" panel are fitted with pods. When flipped, they allow vacuum to enter in a precise pattern to hold the part. Eliminates costly spoilboards in most applications and reduces set up time.
