Built in collaboration with an architect, these premises house a restaurant and an estate agent. It has two overhanging terraces which provide a wonderful place to sit and relax. The rivers round Gorkum are prone to large drops in the water level, so the restaurant is moored on high mooring boulders. The building is constructed on three linked hulls and has three floors.
