All the NAV HD series are equipped with the « speed tubes » technology that give them an extreme manoeuvrability and stability which allow sharp turns in shallow water or in the ocean at high speed, it is also due to their width and the rigidity of the tube in Hypalon 1880 dtx, the stronger kind. They are highly appreciated by the professinal using them for rescue or tactical interventions.
The NAV HD (Heavy Duty)series is made of military-grade Hypalon (46oz.) that’s why they are lasting longer as they are ultra-resistant. We are the sole inflatable craft manufacturer who build the inside seam tape in Hypalon, so we have a real Heavy Duty boat because the Hypalon welding would never rip.
They are fully foldable and compact, so very easy to carry in their transport bag and they are easily and quickly assembled.
They can be customized to meet your specific operational & colour requirements upon volume.
The NAV 19HD and the NAV 16HD can be equipped with console and all electronic devices .

Bruno Abbate has realized a 7.45 m hull for the Italian Red Cross, the G25 hydroambulance, equipped with two 135 hp Mercruise fuel injection inboard engines and able to push up to a maximum speed of 40 mph. Thanks to the extraordinary qualities of its bottom, designed by Bruno Abbate, one person on a spinal stretcher can be moved, while properly placed for cardio-pulmonary reanimation, in short times and in a linear and uniform way, with remarkable advantages when compared to the on-road transport. For embark and disembark of stretcher and paramedics, a spacious stern platform has been designed.

STEM 7.30 is a multivalent self-righting means designed for emergency and fire rescue. Every detail has been studied to carry out rescue operations in the best conditions, even in difficult situations.
Stretcher loading operations from the water have been given great importance and so has the layout of the pilot and patient area.
Stretcher loading: Loading a patient on a stretcher directly from the water, or signal buoys and other miscellaneous devices, is very easy and require minimal effort because of a stern retractable ramp.
Patient's treatment area: It is designed so that the patient, in the up position, can be reached by the doctor at 360°. It is equipped with or set for an oxygen therapy system, lung ventilator, cardiograph and defibrillator.
Cockpit: The cockpit is equipped with a very practical driving seat protected by a large panel. This panel is large enough to accommodate the most complete set of instruments. All the commands have a thermal protection which can be instantly restored. The hydraulic wheelhouse and the two-levers command allow a perfect control of the boat in all conditions, reducing driving stress.
Inflatable self-righting apparatus (optional): In alternative to the integrated system the Stem Jet 7.30 can be equipped with a self-righting system which takes up little space. In case of capsizing this apparatus is manually operated by a handle found on the stern. A light alloy cylinder full of nitrogen inflates the sack found above the roll-bar.
