Our 2 cam freeride sail Escape was designed for this season with a reduced boom length up to 8 cm, which now results in even better handling and control.
The 2 cambers provide the sail with a deep profile which excels in early planing in low winds and effortless planing through lulls. The solid sail design provides a direct feeling. Sporty freeriders who do not shy away from cambers, will be rewarded with – compared to the Future - a bit more “race feeling” and a wider wind range without any re-trimming.
Once planing, the Escape feels very neutral in the hands thanks to its dynamically twisting top.
With the Escape, you can benefit from the advantages of a camber sail without missing handling and comfort.
Key facts:
2 New roll cams for soft rotation
New RBL (Reduced Boom Length) design for better handling
Stable centre of effort and controllability because of 3, / 4 tube battens
Solid x-ply frame ensures longevity

The brand-new Rapid is the new favourite sail of our sail designer Renato Morlotti for enjoying the time on the water and outrunning others after an exhausting day in the loft.
Stress free rigging thanks to the camless mast sleeve, easy feeling and performance values as a slalom sail, these are the key characteristics of the Rapid.
Renato says: “The Rapid shows a more than sporty character. Despite the slalom design it feels like a freeride sail and turns every weekend sailor into the fastest racer on the water”.
It was designed as a no cam performance sail and it combines the performance of the Cannonball with the handling of the Future.
7 battens and a higher profile tension provide the sail with incredible acceleration abilities and a superior speed for a no cam sail.
The Rapid is ideal for fast freeride or slalom boards and give a relaxing feel during all manoeuvres.
Key facts:
Camless high performance sail with freeride handling characteristics
7/4 Cross batten concept for maximum profile stability
Very wide range of use from low to high winds with one trim only
RBL: Reduced Boom Length for more control and easy handling
Solid x-ply frame ensures longevity

Titan is the perfect design for fast free riding and Formula Experience racing. Continual development and testing has further enhanced the desirable soft feel and easy maneuvering that is already well known. Formula Experience racers are sure to find the refined, slightly flatter profile perfect for top speed and easy acceleration. Adjustments to leech seams make the twist character even and smooth, with only moderate downhaul required to achieve the correct setting.
A bold graphic look exhibits the increased use of X-Ply materials in a striking recognizable pattern. Load focused attachments in the batten tensioner system perfectly smooth the trailing edge correctly tack to tack. Four tube/rod battens add to the general shape stability and light weight. The conical sleeve design never holds water and makes recovery and waterstart after falls easy. Rotation is so smooth, you have no idea there are cams, making jibing as much fun as an RAF.

Most of the aspects of super fun windsurfing are enhanced when you choose a Switch for your quiver. If you enjoy high speed blasting but also want great maneuverability and bump and jump characteristics, it’s time to Switch. Excellent skin tension, tube/rod battens, and a stable draft position are the ingredients for controlled jumping, super-x tricks, and high speed. The test team continues to evolve the Switch to be smooth handling and better balanced than ever. Leech tension adjustment, separate from rig tension, has been the key to the continual upgrades in performance since we did this for the development of the TR-3 racing sails, and this makes it easy to achieve the delicate soft feel while still maintaining the excellent power and acceleration.
The Switch will amaze you with speed and maneuverability uncommon in RAF style designs. And if you want to throw a big loop? No problem to succeed and sail away.

The definition of the word ‘pursuit’ brings to mind an effort to catch someone or something, coming from behind, and passing. The Pursuit is the fastest sail in its class, often proven in magazine tests and reported by happy sailors. The excellent wind range comes from a very even shape distribution that promotes a smooth transition from the fullness of the lower sections to the flatter upper sections. The relatively low total luff curve values are responsible for the easy rigging character and simple tuning. Load cell measured downhaul can be half of what otherwise may be expected so there is less work downhauling. New luff cutout dimensions make attaching the boom a breeze.
The 2010 Pursuit is super smooth and easy to sail, with great range to handle a broad variety of conditions. The RAF design is simple to rig, very light, and always right for smooth jibing. More XPly™ material in logical efficient forms will add many hours of enjoyment and visual pleasure.

With a size range from 3.8 - 9.0 the all-new FXR sail range covers every freeride condition on the planet. Changing from 6 battens and maneuver oriented in the sizes 3.8 - 6.9, in to 7 batten and more race oriented in the sizes 7.5 - 9.0, this range of sails is designed to change as the conditions change to provide the best freeride experience possible.
Huge jumps, blazing speed and tight maneuvers are what the 6 batten sails are all about, and uncompromised speed, plenty of power and effortless handling characterize the 7 batten models.
The angular leech negative outline for a neutral trailing edge (reduced drag), promotes a smooth progressive twist, and improves the handling.
All FXR sizes feature full x-ply body panel construction for excellent durability.

Speed sailors need little introduction to the Koncept. As the sail which hold the all time fastest average speed on GPSSS and has reached a 2 second peak speed in excess of 50 knots, it is held in the highest regard.
What is not so widely known is how accessible the Koncept is to all sailors who crave speed. With 7 battens, 3 cams and a moderate width luff sleeve, the Koncept is a really friendly sail , easy to rig, light and manageable on the water. This is definitely not a beast designed for pro racers only.
For 2010 every detail has again been put under the microscope.
The outline has been changed with some area removed from the head and added in the boom area. This has increased top speed by reducing drag and also improved the low end power and acceleration.
The clew "cutaway" has been increased for a lighter feel and improved leech twist, and the luff sleeve has been widened in the boom area for even greater draft stability.
Durability has taken another step forward with a whole range of abrasion resistance features added.

Handle with care. When you want to let the animal out of the cage and run fast, The RS:Slalom MKIII is for you. The house-trained version of the lethal RS:Racing EVOII sail, the Slalom is unleashed with less battens and cams and a smaller luff pocket for easier rigging and control. Be warned though, the animal instinct runs strong in this one. Its soft, light feel conceals a furious and hungry heart, and in the right hands the RS:Slalom MKIII is capable of carnage on water with reflex acceleration and bloodcurdling straight-line pace. It’s the most lethal freerace sail we make, good for upwind, downwind, or anywhere fast - it doesn’t matter, It’s all one big happy hunting ground.

Based on its huge popularity in 'OS, the new OverDrive has further profited from the latest developments in our racing technology. The result is a 3 cam sail that is built for maximum speed while still maintaining as much user friendliness as possible in a high performance sail. To elevate the 09 OverDrive's status to equal that of the CODE Red we have given it the same racing red paint job. By blurring the optical barrier and creating a more unified race sail look for Severne. the OverOrive will be an easier choice for speed sailors and recreational racers when selecting the most suitable equipment for them.
Two smaller sizes, a 5.0 and 4.5, have been added. These sails feature an extra cam to increase stability in extreme conditions. This cam is also removable, making the 5.0 and 4.5 softer and more suitable for kids and other lightweight sailors to use as a slalom or blasting sail

The RAM F10 is like the tough little brother of the World Cup WARP F2009! Even stronger, and with a special and user-friendly character it matches around 90% performance of the fastest WARP we’ve ever built. During its further development for 2010 two aspects were paramount: Improved handling and performance optimization through the entire range of use.
7 battens, a narrower mast sleeve and the reduced weight make the RAM F10 far less physical to handle than the WARP F2009. The brand-new INDEPENDENT.SHAPING.CONCEPT supports this concept decisively. Instead of just using one kind of shaping for the complete sail (sail body and mast sleeve), for the first time Kai’s worked with 2 separate 3-D profiles for the sail body and mast sleeve. The wind range has improved drastically by an impressive 25%.
Additionally the all-new TWIN.TRIM.CLEW lends further positive range of use. The secret of the TWIN.TRIM.CLEW lies with horizontally placed clew eyelets. The outer clew position provides more power and direct feeling, whilst the inner position lends superior control and a softer sensation.
As a bonus the RAM F10 is optionally usable with either 3 or 4 cambers for tuning towards either top-end performance or maneuverability. The TT.TOP, super stiff BOX.BATTEN and the wide and conical AERO.SLEEVE mast sleeve design features, boost lead the new RAM F10 to breathtaking top end speeds for both GPS and competition pilots. A missile of this caliber has never been so easy to use and is the secret to it’s success.
To demonstrate our confidence in the RAM F10 we’ve registered it for use one the 2010 PWA tour. Expect to see the effects of control and comfort on speed in the coming season!
