All our aluminium booms are equipped with the following features:
- Axial suspension front end:
Easy to assemble at the mast with its hinge lock system.
Axial suspension; the front end is equipped with a rotating bearing which compensates for excessive leverage and vibrations.
- Double Pin lock system:
This system guarantees a solid adjustment and avoids twisting of the tubes, length adjustment every 2cm.
- Trim block with quick loop to loop rope guide (for the models Wave and Free), stiff, continuous aluminium rear end

All Competition booms feature a 24”/61cm continuous aluminum tail-piece, semi-articulating boom head, external locking collar system, incremental adjustment size markings, and harness line index graphics.

Cost. Aluminum is the most efficient way to stretch a limited equipment budget. Alloy is about 1/3 the price of carbon.
Stiffness. HPL Aluminum booms feature monocoque (one-piece) construction that until now had been associated only with carbon booms. Our Aluminum booms are stiffer and higher performance than typical multi-piece alloy booms, where looseness can occur at each joint.

Tecno of limit Myto Push pin revolution (series fork)
Push pin is a particularly easily adjustable system. The adjustment mechanism becomes additionally secured by a LOCK system, which prevents a jumping up of the tie-clips with high tension. The windsurf boom can be adjusted in 2,5cm distances by 40cm. The cross-beams, in the reduced diameter 29mm are from T8 aluminum, head and terminal from Ergal aluminum.
Power Head - the new piece of front is put not as before into the cross-beam, but pushed over the cross-beam. This makes the connection of cross-beam and head clearly more stable and the windsurf boom still more rigid. |

Tecno of limit Custom booms
The Custom boom is a singular windsurf boom from Ergal aluminum. Head and terminal as with the series forks, but also the cross-beams are not only made of Ergal. Of many years this windsurf boom was developed by studies in co-operation with the best wind surfers in the World Cup. Special curves are co-ordinated with your area of application. Tecno of limit is the only manufacturer in the windsurf industry, which Ergal uses aluminum. The advantage is the small weight, as well as the stiffness of the cross-beams and the high maximum stress. |

Versatile front boom end that will clamp to standard and RDM mast diameters. Quick-clip boom adjustment make easy use of the 50 cm range of this boom.

Manufactured in Germany with the highest standards of alluminium technology, our booms have been designed with individual curves for the different sizes, perfectly matching the range of use.
The shorter booms have a nice and narrow curve, the longer ones are wider, allowing better performances. The tubes come in a reduced 30 mm diameter for the best ergonomics and the endtail features an easy to adjust pin lock system with full 50 cm of adjustment rage. The clamp on front end is simple to adjust and has a wide connection area to the mast, to totally avoid any puncture stress. |
