| This is the largest board in the Xcross series. Designed for the larger sailor who wants a board that has the volume to carry them through the lulls but still be able to carve the board in turns and have the control when the wind does pick up. The flatter rocker gives this board great acceleration and speed but with the thin tail rails and double tail concave it gives you the control to push this board to the maximum. Sail Size 9.5m to 5.5m |
|
| This is the board that can do the lot, Free/ style, Free/ Ride and light wind waves. The rails are the same as our wave boards to give this board unmatched control and performance in light wind waves and on flat water blasting. There is a slight amount of tail lift in the rocker to give you better turning ability. If you are after a bigger board that can do it all then this is it. Sail Size 7.5m to 4.7m |

| The Boarder X is a great ride for when you are looking to take the next step up from the Free Xs. Able to handle rougher road conditions, with a more exciting straight line speed, the Boarder Xs add a new dimension to your garage. The best of both worlds: great for racing on the track during the day, and then cruising into town for the night life, the ultimate street car. No matter what the road conditions, these rides offer strong acceleration and control, allowing you to fl y around the corners with ease. If you upgrade the tyres to something similar to the X Waves, you can even start to play on their tracks also. A great ride for doing everything. |

Probably the biggest board on the market...
Why...? Because we want to please every one, and the big boys will finally find a board that suit them well also in light conditions. The "Mahalo" is a fast sub planning board, with the "step tail" working at its best. It has been increased by 10 cm compared to the Kona and Kona style with a total length of 45 cm. This "oversized" machine rails upwind like nothing else, and the tucked area is pushed to the limit making the rail looking almost round. |
|
Best complement for short board riders
At 315 x 65 the Kona 10'5'' is a very good option for people who like to go wave sailing in all conditions. A "smooth performer" with a fairly straight outline - ensuring great stability in the surf. The step tail is adding balance and control in none planning conditions, and the aim of the concept at this "unusual size" for its category is simply to be able to do advanced wavering in any conditions. |

| A revolutionary concept for gauges medium in light wind or gauges of + of 80 kg in large conditions. Compact and back Outline rather pine tail with always of the tracks frayed on the level of the feet. Its Rocker line allowing pure slips in fact the ideal board to take along on a journey! |
|
| The ideal board of waves for the strong wind (or the small gauges) Super nervous in surf and specifies in the curves thanks to its frayed tracks. It is under the conditions side/side off that it is expressed thoroughly with an extreme speed with the bottom. |
|
| The perfect board for all the conditions and Mediums gauges. For the 2 schools of surf, foot before/back foot. Compact modern with the fine tracks and the back outline in traditional pine tail. An explosive fusion and of avant-garde which makes it possible to reduce its quiver sails! |
|
| The great innovation of our range, a light wind for gauges from 65 to 95 kg. A board of avant-garde for a new discipline in Waves: the "Sailing Surf" or wave riding in the light wind. It makes it possible to evolve/move in limiting conditions of buoyancy to take each vagueness or simply for the surf back side. |
|
These "Classic Waves" have balanced compact outlines, guaranteeing a traditional but aggressive output of the wave discipline. They are intended to satisfy all types of riders, for all kinds of wind conditions and for all spots. Their shape is homogeneous; they have a curved rocker line, boosted by a double concave worked under the zone of pressure. This enables them to ally tolerance, easiness to handle and performance.
The two inferior sizes (62 & 68) are intended for wilder conditions and/or average size riders, with a narrower tail (round pin tail), more V and a curvier rocker line.
The two more voluminous shapes (76 & 86) have a OFO width, more important round tail and more voluminous rails, ideal for a superior lean, in lighter/irregular wind conditions, or for riders with a more imposing body mass. |
|
This board triggered a true revolution in the wave discipline, for perfect or light conditions.
The shape has proven to be even more efficient: its manoeuvrability has never yet been equalled on the market; its capacities for surfing are amazing; its control is incomparable in high winds.
The more one sails on this board, the more one discovers the wideness/diversity of its qualities. Tuned in tri fins the board is explosive, expressing itself in movement demanding action and more action. The Seal is a unique shape, a true innovation enabling riders to pull of three bottom/rollers where a traditional board would only enable one.
Extremely compact, 213cm long for all three volumes, the foot straps are instantly reached in order to realize all jumps wave after wave.
Tuned in single fin the Seal becomes a compact board offering the largest possible range of use. It offers the best control in the highest winds even in the gustiest conditions.
This season we have decided to offer a complete range around the famous 88:
The 74 is dedicated to lighter riders or stronger conditions. When we know that the 88 gets ridden perfectly with a 4.2 it is not difficult to imagine this little Seal in the wildest conditions.
The 102 is a true sailing surf! From 5 knots wind onwards, it will satisfy the bigger riders;
They will have finally found a nervous and reactive board of aver 100 litres! This board offers them the possibility of surfing shorter and faster than with a traditional wave board.
The Seal Concept: speed and extreme surfs, with control and a large range of use.

| Two new waveboards designed for onshore conditions. Their main assets are early planing, radical gybeing, speed and control when overpowered. The 76 was specially designed (or use with saib between 4.2 and 5.6m , whilst the 84 n is meant lor ones between 4.5 and 6. They are also suited for use at lakes where you donit get real wave conditions. These two new onshore models, on which the lone sizet characteristic has been brilliantly interpreted, will give great pleasure to many surfers from around the world. |
|
These three boards represent Drops interpretation of the wave-compact concept; they have been created (or typical european wave conditions with onshore winds and small to medium waves. Hose and tail are bigger than those of traditional waveboards, the hull starts with a concave area that then turns into double concave near the tail (or early planing and stability in choppy conditions. The upwind performance is superior to a traditional waveboard's one and they can be used with an extremely wide sailrange
|
|
The most radical wave board in Drops range, specifically designed for side/side offshore conditions. A fairly wide bow helps getting through the treacherous breakers.. The rails are thin and soft with a lot of TUE in order to get the best grip during high speed bottomtums. The edges only become sharp at 30 cm from the stern for the sake of upwind performance. The rockerline is a continuos curve with a fairly evident tail kick.. The two boards have similar characteristics and should be chosen depending on the surfer's weight: the 243 is best suited for use in big swell and side to side offshore winds by surfers weighing less than 75 kg or lady-surfers and with sails between 3.5 and 5.3, or by heavier surfers with sails ranging from 4 to 4.7.

AllWave – the wave line especially designed to make you a better wavesailor!
Today's reality is simply that 90% of our sailing time is not in perfect side-off conditions. With the AllWave´s you can enjoy a world class session in even average conditions like at your own local spot! After the positive feedback of introducing the AllWave in 2007, we have expanded and tweaked the new AllWave line to offer a bigger range of riders and conditions. Featuring three size - 72, 82, and 92, the AllWaves cover ALL wave conditions around the globe. Using Sebastian Wenzel´s CAD shaping programme we were able to keep all the best features of the 2007 line and add new innvoations from the extensive CAD database. |

The first generation of these boards basically found a new market segment 6 years ago. Since then they have been a benchmark in the crossover category. Several magazines now even test board groups called "Freestyle Wave" taking its name from this highly successful line of boards. They can lend itself to anything the rider asks for. Wave riding, jumping, blasting or spinning through the latest freestyle stunt.
DEVELOPMENT FOCUS
We wanted boards which inherited outstanding planing ability and glide onto the plane with very little or no effort in a predictable fashion. Perfect for those who love to fly straight off the beach and boost big air. Off the wave it projects you skywards with huge pop from such little effort.
The new line is considerably looser on the wave face and makes them feel very close to full-on wave boards. They give the rider the ability to get even closer to the critical section and the confidence to snap it back off the top.

Since Richard Greene decided to change the shape concept of his wave line to achieve an unprecedented level of performance, we went for a new name to match. The Pro Waves have been developed with advanced riders in mind, just like its predecessorthe Radical Wave. The Pro Wave is built on the core qualities of the Radical Wave line but now delivers our testers' and team's desire for more maneuverability, more speed and more bite in the turn. We didn't sacrifice any of the Radical Wave line's classicriding qualities; we just took the wave riding maneuverability and versatility to a new level. The new Pro Wave line has no limits in terms of wave size.
We wanted a board that does it all: Offering easy planing, a fast smooth ride for small wave days, plenty of bite and grip in the bottom turn and a radical cutback capability for the bigger days. |
|
With the Real World Wave boards, wave riding got a new push. Riding small to medium size waves became a new experience and a lot more fun. Riders reached new levels and performed moves they only dreamed of before. Getting through the break and catching waves became natural and effortless.
Many magazine tests confirmed that those boards work for front and back foot sailing style. For 2007 the development focused on a more responsive, loose and smaller feel with maximum grip.

| The Kona Mini tanker is completing the Kona line. Its pure and easy wave action, but as a bonus it also deliver blistering speed in all conditions. This revolutionary concept is 260 cm long - but due to the step tail -reduced to 235 cm once on the plane. The extra buoyancy supports your sailing in all conditions and makes your entries effortless. Once accelerating - the Mini Tanker shift into "overdrive" on its shortened hull. |
