At the PWA Wave event in Cabo Verde, Kevin Pritchard used a stock 2010 Kode 80 and took 3rd place overall. The best place finish for a production board since Scott’s PWA Wave title on a stock Evo in 2004.

RIDER : Formula Board for the expert in course racing and everyone who love to be the first planing in light winds.
Lower Scoop-Rocker-Line and wide tail to get early planing and the maximum upwind angle. Round outline curve and flat V in the tail area let the board rail easier to the leeward side and brings top speed and acceleration.
Increasing V under the masttrack let the rail line glide higher above the water and has less resistance on all reaches. Double concave with side flats in the front area for a smooth ride.

The new Phantom Race 380: the reigning World Raceboard Champion and UK Raceboard Champion.
Designed by Raceboard World Champion Mariano Reutemann, Remi Vila and Svein Rasmussen, the shape features five new key design elements:
A lower nose rocker combined with extra nose vee allows the board to glide faster in lightwinds for improved light-wind performance. This lower nose rocker also gives the board greater speed in medium to high winds as the board crosses chop at a more efficient angle of attack. Faster in lightwinds and faster in high winds.
The deck shape features heel extensions that increase the rider's leverage over the daggerboard and fin. Extra leverage = extra power and extra upwind angle.

Phantom Race 320
The new Phantom Race 320: the compact version of the 380. A totally new design concept that started with the 380 shortened down to 320. The rocker, the nose vee, the daggerboard and mast track positions were adjusted to match the new length. Super-sized 2cm high heel extensions were added to the deck to maximize the sailor's leverage when railing upwind. Competitive in the 380 class and by far the most advanced board in the 320 class.
Available in Tufskin and in PVC Carbon, the Phantom Race 320 is the new gem in the family.

The new Techno Pro range makes an ideal quiver for riding with top quality equipment in all kinds of conditions. Made from Epoxy Sandwich, the three larger models are Marco Copello signature boards, while Pierre Bracard’s name is on the two high-wind boards. To create a full quiver, the boards have been designed to be easy to ride and to have the widest possible wind range, so that the rider can get out in varied conditions on the same board. The board shapes change from size to size in relation to the kind of wind and water conditions you’re likely to find. In light to moderate winds riders want to get up to planing fast and have great forward speed : the Techno Pro 80 and 74 are freerace and slalom designs. The Techno Pro 64 is the moderate to strong wind slalom design for when the wind gets up even further. And as the waves swell, the Techno Pro 65 and 57 take up the cause with their freeride bump & jump concept that is fast and highly manoeuvrable. Hybrid One Design - Youngsters under 17 years of age all race on the Techno 293 OD, as a progression towards the elite level racing on the Olympic board. However, in between these boards there has been a need for a new, efficient and affordable board on which youngsters can continue to race after they reach the age of 17. BIC Sport's Hybrid arose out of this need and is officially recognised by the French Sailing Federation. The Hybrid is designed to be fast from 5 to 30 knots, and with its performances it is now teasing international racing organisations. In addition, the BIC Sport Hybrid is not only a raceboard for youngsters ! It is also an all round and easy-to-use funboard for windsurfers of all ages and experience levels. There's lots of international interest in the Hybrid at present, where it's rapidly taken the place of old-school race boards. The BIC Hybrid has already won two World Junior Raceboard Championships, at Marsala in 2006, Formentera in 2007 and Sopot in 2008.

What helped the Techno 293 OD become such a successful Class Racing board was its general performance and easy control. With a high volume and moderate outline, the Techno 293 OD provides a stable platform for learning to windsurf. A daggerboard provides directional stability and makes sailing upwind a breeze. In light winds, the near 3 m length helps the board really glide through the water, making windsurfing an exciting option in sub-planing conditions. Once the wind gets up, the concave hull helps boost the board onto the plane making for great funboard sailing. Speed 47 is a full on go fast speed board. I used this board to get 3rd at the 2009 world championships in Karpathos.
It has a flat nose rolling into an accelerated V towards the tall. The V acts to lift the board out of the water to ensure the perfect board angle to the chop.
I keep a good amount of tuck in the rails as I wanted the board not only to perform in flat water but also in choppy conditions that you normally have to deal with while speed sailing.

This is our new beast for Formula racing. Endless hours of R&D in cooperation with our top rider Gomalo Costa Hoevel has brought this aggressive black machine to yet another level. It's a true winner, powered by super light hybrid construction provides the key elements; acceleration, instant planning and blistering speed. The Warp 100 is as light as it can be. with 161 litres of volume, which is slightly more than its predecessor and especially in the nose.
Faster at all angles? Yes; upwind the board has additional power due bigger rails and the improved stance. Centre of gravity is way back giving the board increased acceleration both upwind and downwind. Its all about speed and control.

All you need to do is put your feet in the straps and sheet in. Some also say you need to push the “no fear” button but we can’t deliver that.

"When we developed those boards we focused on maximum speed and acceleration as well as a comfortable ride. Since the boards are obviously smaller than most Slalom boards we moved the maximum width further forward than on pure slalom boards - this improves early planing and jibing.
We put a lot of effort in the development of the deck shape in the standing area to optimize the stance and give you maximum comfort in high speed downwind runs and when reaching. The rails are designed to provide good grip and planing as well as top acceleration. The V gives you good control and a smooth ride even when you are at the limit.

Starboard speed boards remain windsurfing's fastest and the smallest prototype continues to hold windsurfing's 49.09 knots record. First introduced in 2009, the production series of iSonic Speed Specials are Starboard's fastest production boards designed for the needs of the professional speed sailor: to post the best results in a wide variety of conditions, from flat-out, off the wind in flat water to square runs in light, choppy conditions.
For 2010, a new iSonic Speed Special W58 has been introduced to plug the gap between the high wind slalom performance of the iSonic 86 and the speed performance of the iSonic Speed Special W53. The W58 is the most real-world orientated speed board and blends everyday speed for everyone with the possibility to still break records on the best of days. For the recreational speedster, the heavy weight or lightwind speedster, or the professional speedster needing to secure top positions in all conditions on one board, the new W58 is the weapon of choice.
