This modular system can be adapted for daily outputs from 150L to 1500L/day, by appropriate tank additions, pumps and filters.
The system is entirely automatic, controlled by an automat. The information necessary for the automat is transmitted by sensors (flows, pressures, levels, functioning/pump, alarms, setting judgement in safety, etc...).

Seatec Marine Technologies Srl, in partnership with Fasam Srl, designes and produces treatment units for rain water treatment and for careenage water treatment. The units, suitable both for installation above ground or inside a prefabricated concrete basin in the ground, guarantee performances in full compliance with European standards ensuring the possibility of discharging treated waters in the sea or in sewage. The effectiveness of the treatment provides also the possibility of riutilization of treated waters for other careening operations reducing water consumption and relevant costs.
The system ECOmar is able to treat the waste water and allows to discharge it directly into the sea in accordance with the International Standards.
ECOmar does not need to be run by any operator, whose only action is to start up the unit in auto-mode. The cycle starts with loading a known uantity of waste water from the collecting tank on board.
After loading they are macerated for a fixed period of time and added of a known quantity of disinfectant liquid. Finally some clean sea water is added and the maceration is continued for a further fixed period of time.
