Low cost - not low quality – LED underwater lighting from the industry leader.
Amphibians are the worlds first lighting collection designed to be used in or out of water. This new tough range was created firstly to satisfy the increasing demand for - high quality, - low cost - underwater lighting for smaller craft and secondly to counter the growing imports of cheap and ineffective LED underwater lighting, as we have always believed that the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price.
All Amphibians utilize the latest ultra high output LED’s, have internal drivers for 12 or 12/24vDC usage, require a very low power draw with no start-up current and need a mere 8mm (5/16th) hole cut out for the cable. Utilizing unique OceanLED tritonium lensing with high tech injection moulded polymer casings resistant to all known solvents and adhesives, Amphibians are quick and simple to fit and are covered by OceanLED’s 2 year warranty. The Amphibians are exceptionally easy to install and can be used anywhere, such as;
• Transoms
• Engine Brackets
• Under the gunnels
• Trim tabs
• T-Tops
• Boat trailers for night launching.
• ROVs
• Tail gates
The A3, A6 and A12 are all now readily available in the USA, and other parts of the world, check with your local representative for details.
If its worth lighting up, then it deserves to be lit by OceanLED |

The dock light is fastened to a flat surface by way of two mounting brackets. The light is fully submersible and IP68 rated.
|
|
The triple LED dock light (Ref. S40351) uses three 3 watt LED’s. The light is IP 68.
If this light is to be used underwater, the driver required is S41105 for each individual light.
If this light is to be used above water, the driver required is S41104 for every 2 lights.

The OceanLED Puck Light fixture is designed to be used in Steel, Aluminium or Fibreglass hulls.
Cofferdams - We recommend tube for the Cofferdam walls to be sourced by the shipyard during installation to save on freight costs. OceanLED then supplies a Welding Back Plate which affixes to the tube creating the final Cofferdam for the light to be mounted.
Alternatively full cofferdams can be supplied.
For fibreglass hulls the follows along the same principal design where a molded pocket in the Fiberglass hull allows water to flow in and around the LED light enabling sufficient cooling.
If a General Arranagement (GA) can be supplied, our design department can assist in cofferdam design for maximum cost efficiency.
Full Cofferdams are available from us on request. |

The F-1 series offers a revolutionary new concept for underwater lighting for Super Yachts.
Achieving upto 25 degree hull angling within the fixture itself, it eliminates the need for massively long cofferdams, which improves Lamina flow and therefore fuel economy and ultimately speed whilst saving huge space inboard.
Being an LED powered unit (i.e. low maintenance) results in new thinking on yacht design. Old problems of access to 'traditional' underwater lights to change bulbs/service are now no longer as big a problem.
The F-1 Series is the most technically advanced underwater light every created. The unique 3 part delivery system offered by OceanLED ensures the very latest LED technology is utilized when the yacht is ready for launch.
Stage 1 - The Cofferdam assembly is delivered for the hot work (welding) to be completed.
Stage 2 - The electronics and cabling are supplied when needed.
Stage 3 - Light engine is delivered at the last stage to ensure the very latest LED technology is used.
The F-1 is currently being fitted to the latest new builds at the Feadship, Koninklijke De Vries Aalsmeer and Koninklijke De Vries Makkum facilities.
