|
The HP V series answers to the demands of spaces on board with regards to the mono block construction.
The vertical conception of the plant gives the possibility to insert the system in tight places. The base of the HP V is only 470 mm X 280 mm, and the height is 620 mm.
These measurements are referred to the body of the watermaker that in this case does not include the membranes that can be easily be installed vertically or horizontally everywhere. The watermakers of the V series are modular and can be supplied in the V KIT version (see the drawing in the following page ) without any extra cost.
|
|
HP SC ( Super Compact) is supplied on its frame. SC Series can be equipped of membranes 2521 (short) up to a production of 140 Lt/h and can produce up to 260 Lt/h with four membranes 2540.
SC Auto series is equipped of the automatic pressure regulation and automatic membranes flushing.

Aqua Matic (patent pending), with comprehensive one touch automation...virtually eliminates the need for an operator. It requires no pressure adjustment and self-regulates to any feed water condition. The user-friendly touch screen displays pictorial images of all operating conditions, which can also be viewed with the optional remote touch screen controller from any location on the boat. All system readings can be selected to display either U.S. Standard or Metric measurements. Automatic shut down can be set for time duration or for a specified product water production amount. “For those who wish to be in control, the system may also be operated in manual mode”, says Rollins, whose company manufactures the first fully automated watermaker in the marine industry.

Spectra Watermakers Inc. introduces a final solution to the problem of Watermachines storage with the revolutionary Z-Brane™. This technology is designed to change the way Watermachines are used and maintained forever by eliminating the need for chemicals to clean and store membranes.
Using the proven Z-Guard™ technology, Spectra now is applying it directly to the watermachine membrane to prevent scaling and biological fouling, the principle cause of membrane failure in reverse osmosis systems. Fouling has been labeled as unavoidable by many sources. The origin of fouling varies and can be mineral, biological or a combination of both.
Bio-film is the slick coating or slime found on wetted surfaces produced by many types of microbes. A thin layer of bio-film usually coats the interior of piping, filters and membranes when exposed to water. This bio-film provides both habitat and food supply for a range of bacteria and scale forming compounds. Bio-film is the cause of odors and discoloration in pre-filters and storage tanks. The Z-Brane™ will eliminate conditions that foster bio-fouling and scaling.

The DUO is the first bi-powered water maker system world-wide.
It functions at the turn of a switch either on D.C. (12 or 24V) or on A.C. (120, 230 or 400V), as the DUO is an intelligent patented system.
Thanks to this system, the motors operate independently from each other, with neither electric clutch activation nor manual manipulation of the pulleys.
Like all Dessalator products the DUO is 100% reliable and safe. For over six years major shipyards have been including it as a standard fixture and since 2005 the DUO 100® has become indispensable for navigators.
The advantage of the DUO is its "2 in 1" aspect, as if there were two water makers available with the facility to function optimally and logically.
