This greywater transfer station - GWH works automatically.
The system is designed to be connected to showers, wash basins, kitchen sinks and all places where waste water can not run with the help of natural fall. The system consists of a durable collecting vessel, available in polyethylene (PE) or in stainless steel. At the front 2 inlet pipes 1” and 1 ½” and a ventilation connection ½” can be found. The discharge pump is our hard-wearing waste water pump F. On the inside of the collecting vessel there is a float switch. Due to the use of a pump with cutting wheel hair and kitchen leftovers are chopped and conveyed without any problems. The arising waste water is disposed via a pressure pipe (1”). The integrated pressure lip valve contains a safety valve which prevents a flow back of waste water. The station works up to a tilt angle of 45°.

This modular system can be adapted for daily outputs from 150L to 1500L/day, by appropriate tank additions, pumps and filters.
The system is entirely automatic, controlled by an automat. The information necessary for the automat is transmitted by sensors (flows, pressures, levels, functioning/pump, alarms, setting judgement in safety, etc...).

The MEMROD®-Process is a bioreactor with high biomass concentration. Submerged membrane filtration guarantees a pure effluent without any suspended solids and without the requirement of disinfection.
MEMROD® permits both black and grey wastewater as well as galley wastewater to be treated in a single reactor system. The effluent levels are better than the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (MARPOL, Annex IV) and both the future
standards MEPC.159 (55) and the USCG/Alaska-Rules.
Advantages at a Glance
Compact, packaged system
Highest effluent quality
For black, grey as well as galley wastewater
No disinfection necessary
High sludge age leading to highly effective BOD5 and nitrogen degradation
Extremely low excess sludge production
Zero suspended solids in effluent
Safe for crew and ship / No chemicals required
Very low energy consumption
Fully automatic, with low maintenance and operating costs
No odour emissions thanks to effective odour control
Stable cleaning efficiency, even with varying inflow conditions
Fulfilling IMO (MARPOL, Annex IV, MEPC.159 (55) and USCG/Alaska-Rules).
The right system for cruise vessels, navy ships and mega yachts

Commercial and industrial "run-off" is an increasing contributor to our water pollution problem. Boat washing can produce run-off containing fine solids, hydrocarbons, algae, heavy metals, paint toxins, and toxic chemicals. Federal regulations prohibit this type of discharge--known as non-point source pollution.
The Haul-out Reclaim system is designed to remove water contaminants and reclaim the water for re-use.
- Cleans water to reuse for power cleaning operations
- Closed system means no sewer connection or discharges
- No NPDES permits needed
- Ensures your business remains protective to local ecology
