Hall carbon-fiber poles are manufactured using the same aerospace-quality, seamless construction process as our extraordinary masts and booms. Each pole is custom molded on a male mandrel then autoclave-cured to eliminate voids. Hall uses unidirectional, pre-preg carbon fiber for the pole's structure, resulting in maximum strength at minimum weight.
Hall Spars & Rigging spinnaker poles are made for intense sailing. Hall poles save weight on deck, are easier to handle (half the weight of aluminum), and are incredibly tough. Kevlar in key areas protects the carbon from chafe.

The Seldén RCB (Round Circulating Ballbearings) full-batten system facilitates full-batten sail management, and makes it much easier to set and reef the mainsail. The System is based on linear ball races and recirculating balls. The cars run with hardly any friction at all, even under the high compression loads produced by full-length battens.
The track and cars are made from aluminium which, together with Torlon ball bearings, makes the system strong and durable.
|
|
- Ideal for composite spars.
- Used with wing masts.
- Suits gates that are proud of sail track.
- Flat and round batten options with integral tension adjuster.
|
|
|
A Seldén furling mast lets you operate your mainsail from the cockpit, simply ans easily. Its unique features for reducing friction and initial sail resistance make furling and reefing child's play. And it also makes sailing safer and far easier for you and your crew.
|
|
In-mast furling offers the final word in ease of sail handling. Years of continuous development and refinement has led to today's most efficient and reliable mainsail handling system available.
|
|
Hand operated SPARCRAFT furling masts use exclusively furling systems equipped with endless screws. This system is the only one allowing for a safe guidance of the furling control while avoiding overfurling, and also it is the only one which may be operated by a single person ( two hands control).
The sections range from 4,9 kg/ml to 17,6 kg/ml and are a perfect alternative to the traditional SPARCRAFT profiles. It is now possible to offer to the yards, professionals or private customers, either a furling or a traditional mast with the same mast base reference and the same running and standing riggings.

EXTENDABLE BOWSPRIT KIT CARBON OR ALLUMINIUM
(FOR ASYMMETRIC SAILS, GENNAKER, MPS, DRIFTER AND CODE "0").
Indispensable accessory for correcting use of any asymmetric sails. It facilitates rapid gybing and gives the gennaker more clear air, improving performance. It can be easly fitted on every yachts from 25' to 53' feet, by means of a stainless steel bow bracket, fixed on the deck to the extreme bow of the boat.
The inner end of the bowsprit, is fitted with a composite pole end fitting and in front of it a folding padeye shall be fastened to the deck. Our bowsprits, are build in anodized aluminium "Anticorodal 6060 TA16 -
UNI6063 9006" or Carbon, constructed in one piece aver male tooling using
unidirectional pre-preg standard modulus carbon and autoclave cured. The gennaker tackline running through the bowsprit, and leaving from outboard head, purposely rounded, is free to orient in all directions.
When the bowsprit is not used can be easly removed and stored. We have standarized two sizes with different diameters tube, both in aluminium or carbon.
|
|
Seldén is introducing a new gennaker bow sprit for deck assembly.
Basically, you fit two pad-eyes on deck in-line with a bow bracket. The bow bracket is a stainless ring with a polyamide (PA) inner lining through which you slide the bow sprit to active position. When you’re done with the gennaker, slide the bow sprit back and secure it to the aft pad-eye. The inboard end features a spring loaded plunger for easy attachment to the pad-eye.
The gennaker tackline is preferably pulled through the bow sprit. The line enters a well rounded hole in the outboard end and comes out through the inboard end.
Three different bow brackets will be available for various modes of installation.

The main characteristics of this article are functionality and practicality. The awning is available with either TREVIRA or DACRON cloth.
On sailing yachts, it may be fitted either on both sides of the boom (see drawing), on the foredeck, or on the backstay to protect the skipper.
On motor yachts, it may be installed on the roll-bar to protect the cockpit.
It is manually operated: you just have to free the locking line and drag the awning to unroll it. A slight pull on the line is enough to roll the awning that will disappear inside the foil.
It is a very practical accessory because it may be stopped in any position, thus offering the desired shade and bettering life onboard.
With high wind, the awning may be used as dodger if it is anchored to the rig or to the washboard.
Its functionality sensibly augments if you use supporting arms to be fitted on the boom. In this case, the awning does not have to be anchored to the rig, as it is kept upright thanks to the arms. The boom can then be moved sideways in order to shade the desired area.
This system allows you to use the awning even when you are sailing.
The awning may be used as a rain cover because TREVIRA cloth is rainproof.
It is a practical and fast system to be used. When the awning is rolled in, you just have to take off the arms in order not to have obstacles when sailing.

The Profurl in-boom furlers are dedicated to furling, raising and lowering fully battened mainsail. Hoisting or reefing the mainsail is a simple and safe operation as the control of mainsail is performed from the safety of the cockpit thanks to the furling line. As the opposite of other systems, the Profurl in-boom furlers are designed also to increase boat performances by reefing fully battened mainsail with a standard roac

Schaefer Marine's Boom Furling System is the result of years of research, design and sailing. Proven over thousands of miles of use, our unique Patented Articulating Sail Track enables you to reef or furl on any point of sail all from the safety of the cockpit.
It is the most advanced solution for mainsail reefing and furling. The unique Sail Track and feeder combine to precisely transfer any full battened main to the mandrel located within the boom - without snags or jams - and with battens perfectly aligned.
Equally significant, reefing is easily and safely accomplished by one person on any point of sail - without changing course, heading up into the wind or leaving the cockpit.
Boom furling has always been a great idea. It took Schaefer engineering to make it a flawless one.
