Bamar Hydraulic Panel is a manual pump supplied with gauge, release valve and 4-function selector knob (optional), for easy and quick control.
Function selection is characterized by a “click into place” knob: an important aspect whenever the crew do not easily see the panel.
The system is provided with a big gauge with clear graphics that allows an easier and quicker pressure reading.
Moreover, it is supplied with a pressure relief valve to protect the boat’s hydraulic plant.
The pump is centred on the lower part of the panel, in order to give a better mechanical
advantage and less physical effort.
Titanium lever available on demand.
BHP is available with a single speed pump and offers a double speed auto-shift pump as an option. The latter triples the oil flow at low pressure for a quick take-up and then automatically moves to a slower speed when pressure gets to a preset level.
High flow valves and ports allow panels to be easily interfaced with any hydraulic power pack used for winches and hydraulic furlers. Oil flow supplied by the hydraulic power pack is controlled through the BHP system. Fine tuning at high pressure can be completed with the manual pump.
The single function panel can be later converted into multifunction panel with the 4 function conversion unit.

Furlex goes electric!
Two versions: original equipment and upgrade kit
Furling the sail at the touch of a button can rightly be considered the height of comfort and convenience.
Now, with the Furlex 200E and 300E, Seldén is offering the luxury of push-button sailing. The Furlex Electric is intended for boats with a forestay diameter of 6 - 10 mm, i.e. yachts of about 30 ft and over.
Owners with a manual Furlex 200S or 300S system can upgrade to electric power. The through-deck components for the cables, and the electric control box are all included in the upgrade kit.
Furlex Electric is built with a 12V or 24V electric motor. The motor uses only 30A at normal loadings. And since it takes only 30 seconds from pushing the button to fully reefed sail, power consumption is negligible.
In order to counteract overloading, the system comes with a built-in overload cut-out. The overload cut-out is automatically reactivated a few seconds after the In or Out buttons are released. In the event of a loss of power arising from a failure in other equipment, the sail can be reefed manually.

Bamar electric foresail furling and reefing system with stainless steel cover is
available in two models: MEJ1.02 (for stays with diameter from 8 to 14 mm) and
MEJ2.02 (for stays with diameter from 14 to 19 mm).
The motorization is supplied with new aluminium furling foils.
|
|
Apart from the electric foresail furlers complete with foils, Bamar presents a line of electric motorizations to replace the drum on all existing manual furlers.
We have four models with different looks: models RMEJ1.02 and RMEJ2.02 are made of a hardcote anodised aluminium body with a stainless steel cover.Models RMEJ3 and RMEJ4 keep the original looks with black and silver anodised aluminium body.

Its shape has been designed in order to occupy as little room as possible vertically.
Light-weight: it is made of aluminium machined with CNC machines. It is wear resistant, thanks to hardcote anodising and a Teflon bath.
Fast: to be used on boats needing a performing foresail. Its high speed was calculated in order to simplify and speed up tacking.
Application: though originally designed to be fitted on a bowsprit, it may easily be installed below deck as well.
Manual emergency: not needed, as the sail is not hoisted on furling foils but armed on parallel mobile stays. Nevertheless, for those who want it, it is possible to add the application on demand.
Water resistant: modern technology gives us the possibility of manufacturing mechanisms and use electric motors that do not fear water.

- It may be used with all common types
of asymmetric sails: (asymmetric spinnakers, gennakers, mps).
- The sail does not need any modifications.
- The sail does not have to be designed and built to fit RollGen.
- The use of RollGen does not affect the sailing performance efficiency of the sail.
- Once the sail has been unfurled, it may be used and adjusted freely.
- The furling and unfurling operation can be carried out comfortably and safely
from the cockpit.
- The furling operation may be carried out at a moment notice, because RollGen
is always in a working position.
- Once the sail has been furled in, RollGen may be left in position, and you
may take it down later.
- It can be fitted in a few minutes after having cut the stay to measure, and the asymmetric sail may be quickly installed by using the shackles supplied.

It is in water drop, to optimize aerodynamics.
It is double throat to be able to be used as hollow stay.
It is delivered in only one piece to avoid the sleeves (weight and hard point) and to optimize the stiffness of stay. (of this fact there is no risk to see the hollow stay being disassembled).
It makes it possible to install a stay without recutting it or to have recourse to manual or dismountable terminals in eye.

These systems offer and grant great performance and long life, because they are designed and manufactured with the best materials and CNC machines.
These products need scarce maintenance and are supplied with vanguard transmission systems. The use of high quality industrial parts, such as bearings, gears, and worm screws, makes the automatic stop reduction
gear smooth and silent.
The high torque efficiency developed by the GFI is granted by the use of “DANFOSS” orbital hydraulic motors. The worm screw reduction gear is an irreversible mechanism that absorbs the load created by the sail area without transmitting it to the hydraulic motor.
The manual emergency clutch represents an extra safety element for the user: it is operated with a winch handle. During the manual operation, the hydraulic motor must not be started.
A main characteristic of BAMAR GFI hydraulic systems is the possibility of being combined with an integrated hydraulic cylinder that allows the tension of the stay. Thus, each model may be supplied in the “standard” version or “with hydraulic stay adjuster”.

In-mast furling offers the final word in ease of sail handling. Years of continuous development and refinement has led to today's most efficient and reliable mainsail handling system available.
|
|
Hand operated SPARCRAFT furling masts use exclusively furling systems equipped with endless screws. This system is the only one allowing for a safe guidance of the furling control while avoiding overfurling, and also it is the only one which may be operated by a single person ( two hands control).
The sections range from 4,9 kg/ml to 17,6 kg/ml and are a perfect alternative to the traditional SPARCRAFT profiles. It is now possible to offer to the yards, professionals or private customers, either a furling or a traditional mast with the same mast base reference and the same running and standing riggings.

A flying sails furler is designed for handling "flying sails" (gennaker, staysails, light jibs, etc.). Flying sails are sails that are not permanently rigged (unlike a genoa on a reefing system) and are stowed below when they are not used.
Unlike a manual headsail reefing system, a furler only allows sailing with the sail completely unfurled. It does not allow sailing under reduced sail and does not contribute to supporting the mast. Furlers with continuous line are based on a synchronous pulley system.

An elastic impact resistant plastic cover encloses the spool. In event of an impact it resists all permanent deformation that may restrict or interfere with the system ability to rotate.
KARVER K-Furlers have a notch on the spool allowing fitting or removal of the loop line without removing the line cover or dismounting the system.
EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES OF KARVER K-FURLERS
- Eliminates the need to remove the cover and avoids the risk of losing small parts.
- Keeps the mechanism closer to the deck by avoiding the necessary displacement required for removable covers.
- The loop line is simply and quickly engaged or removed from the spool through the notch.
- Increases available luff length by minimizing the height of the spool and tack fitting.
KARVER K-Furlers are available for safe working loads going from 0.75 to 12 T.

|
Like all the KARVER K-Furlers, the KF1 is maintenance free and protected by a special anodizing with Teflon impregnation.
No pins or small parts to lose.
Technical details of the KF1:
Total weight = 374 g
Safe working load = 1.5 T
Height (drum+swivel) = 97 mm
