Add dazzle to your boat with elegant stainless steel blocks. Sideplates are polished to a high luster to reflect your boat's beauty, whether it's classic wood, or a modern cruiser.
Sheaves
Cruising ESP sheaves feature axle bearings to handle high, static loads and sideload balls so sheaves spin freely when loads are released. They are perfect for halyards or limited purchase systems on cruising boats. Cruising ESP blocks are easy to install. Footblocks and deck organizers can be double stacked.
Teardrops
Teardrop blocks keep lines close to the deck and are used for mast collars with integral swivel posts. Perforated mast collars, or mastbase situations where the lead may change, require swivel blocks.
Footblocks
Footblocks are available with lockoffs to temporarily secure sheets. A single block works for either port or starboard applications by flipping it over.
Swivels and Fiddles
Use Cruising ESP swivel and fiddle blocks in winch-driven purchases of 4:1 or less. Perfect for vangs or mainsheet systems on cruising boats from 35 ft to 45 ft (10 m to 14 m).

Ball bearing blocks
The ball bearings provide for good sheave rotation with the lowest possible friction.
The blocks feature stainless steel ball bearings, stainless steel ball bearing races and glass fibre reinforced sheave for best bearing strength even under high dynamic loads.
Acetal bearing cages to prevent ball-to-ball friction and to reduce weight.
Available in 20, 30 and 40 mm sheave diameters.

Assembled with balls or rollers in Peek, K-Blocks guarantee very low friction.
KARVER K-BLOCKS EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES:
- SAFETY: lashing through the block center significantly increases safety in event the block fails. The line running through the block remains captive by the lashing, not allowing it to completely break free.
- LIGHT WEIGHT: These exceptionally light blocks, combined with the lashing method of attachment, allow to reduce weight up to 50% as compared to conventional block with similar working load.
- ATTACHMENT: lashing through the center of the block offers unlimited applications and mounting possibilities (double lashing, becket...), the block can be tied up easily.
- REDUCED NOISE: lashing block greatly reduces noise created by mechanical attachments such as shackles and pins.
KARVER K-Blocks are available for safe working loads going from 0.2 to 4.5 T.

Harken® Classic blocks have stood the test of time. For over 35 years, these strong, light and exceptionally free-rolling blocks have provided both racers and cruisers dependably correct hardware for every trimming task.
Ball Bearings:
Carbon-black Delrin® ball bearings roll on flat races for exceptionally free-running blocks.
Stainless Steel Sideplates:
High-strength stainless steel sideplates distribute load evenly.
UV Protection:
Black ball bearings and sideplates are US-protected to provide maximum durability.
Three-way Head:
Three-way head locks shackle in front or side positions, or swivels freely to keep line from twisting.

BALL BEARING BLOCKS:
With our unique super low friction ball race system featuring Acetal sheaves with Derlin ball bearing running on a large diameter centre boss. This allows us to fit more load bearing balls which ensure extremely low frivtion performance even under high loads.
PLAIN BEARING BLOCKS:
Have a precision moulded acetal sheave running on a large diameter brass centre bearing ensuring freerunning under the highest of loads.

Designed with the Volvo 70’s and the Cup boats sailing teams, the low friction KBTi blocks are 60 to 70% lighter than any other existing blocks on the market. Improvements in high modulus ropes now allows to use a smaller sheave diameter. We have reduced the size of our blocks to suit the new high tech ropes and minimize weight and size while maintaining a very low friction coefficient : 2 patents pending.
Lashed through the center, the KBTi block provides the same safety features in case of over-loading, as the standard K-Blocks.

The Carbo Ratchmatic® is a load-sensing ratchet block that rolls freely in both directions under low loads, and automatically engages the ratchet as loads increase. Shifting between ratchet and light air modes is seamless. Unloaded main and jib sheets run out freely during mark roundings and asymmetrical spinnakers free instantly during jibes.
Ratchet engagement may be adjusted to a higher or lower load according to strength and sailing style. The Ratchamatic® cheek block mounts on either port or starboard. Holding power of 57 mm is as high as 10:1. The 75 mm up to 15:1.
For the ultimate system, mount a Ratchamatic® on the boom above a cockpit-mounted switchable ratchet to allow the mainsheet to run freely in light air, and ensure double holding power in heavy air.
Use the 2634 with a 402 or 403 swivel arm for a versatile two speed mainsheet system.
