T-Series Organisers lead multiple lines back from the mast to banks of powerclutches
Features and Benefits
- Minimal overall length
- Efficient bearing
- Reduces winch effort and increases halyard life
- Modular end fairings for safe sideloading
- Asymmetric version for reduced deck space and weight saving
- T38 and T50 can ‘stack’ for limited deck area or adding extra capacity
- Vari-camber feature: all T-Series organisers will follow the curve of the deck when fitted
|
|
The Rutgerson deck organisers are availble in 5 different sizes with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 composite sheaves. The deck organisers can be stacked on top of each other to maximise availability space and each sheave is throughdeck bolted which gives a high break load. Special bolts are availble separately, see deckhardware - accessories.
The deck organisers are all 31mm high and have 40mm diameters sheaves. The breaking load of each sheave is 2000kg and the maximum working load is 750kg. The organisers are recommended for rope diameter of 8-14mm.

|
Advantages:
- A complete programme
- Stylish design
- Possible to mount these blocks on top of the other, 1 on 2.2 on 3
- High working and breaking loads
- Available with sliding system or ball bearings
- Cheek parts alum black anodized

High load sheaves to be used on Captive Winches, masts, booms. Such sheaves with diameters from 120 mm to 1000 mm, have a breaking load ranging from 4 to 120 tons.
|
|
Groups of two to six sheaves in 4 diameters of 30, 40, 50 and 70 mm.
The sheave is manufactured in high-strength resin and slides on a double ball bearing.
The fairing is thickly-anodized for all models.
The weight-reducing holes and special "low head" screws reduce weight and friction.
A special design with larger sheaves can also be made on request.

The “Twin-halyard block” is specially made for a 2 to 1 main halyard.
The very small sheave is aluminum made with a Composite Fibre bushing.
The body is completely made in “High-resistance” stainless steel 17-4-PH.
The pin is self-locking (against unscrewing) and self-captive (indivisible from the body).

The high load KARVER blocks are assembled with self lubricating bearings ensuring a very high working load and breaking strengh in proportion to their size.
KARVER K-BLOCKS EXCLUSIVE ADVANTAGES:
- SAFETY: lashing through the block center significantly increases safety in event the block fails. The line running through the block remains captive by the lashing, not allowing it to completely break free.
- LIGHT WEIGHT: These exceptionally light blocks, combined with the lashing method of attachment, allow to reduce weight up to 50% as compared to conventional block with similar working load.
- ATTACHMENT: lashing through the center of the block offers unlimited applications and mounting possibilities (double lashing, becket...), the block can e tied up easily.
- REDUCED NOISE: lashing block greatly reduces noise created by mechanical attachments such as shackles and pins.
KARVER High Load K-Blocks are available for safe working loads going from 0.8 to 7 T.
