CJC%u2122 Jacket Water Modules are small, high-efficiency units suitable for cylinder heating in case of engine stops or shut downs. The standard range, for all types of engines, covers engines sized from 500 KW up to 100,000 KW.
Jacket Water Modules are often combined with cooling system water pumps in one module, and are supplied with switch-over valves and built-in steam heaters.
Each module is supplied with a control system to regulate temperature and flow.

At the inlet of the exhaust gas heater a special double-valve system can be applied for exact control of the required thermal oil temperature at any engine speed. Fuel supply and booster modules are inserted for the supply by diesel engines and merged between the daily tank and the engine into the fuel system. The fuel (heavy fuel oil, crude oil, diesel oil) is prepared in accordance with performance data of the different engine manufacturers (pressure, purity, viscosity).

Auxiliary equipment delivered for the diesel engines can be built on the engine, delivered loose or grouped in modules.
The systems are specified to minimize building and operating costs for specific combinations of main and auxiliary engines. Maximum compatibility is ensured when auxiliary systems are delivered together with main propulsion engines and diesel generator sets. Whenever necessary the auxiliary systems are tailored to optimize the operating performance.

Bowman Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers: are intended for heating or cooling process fluids, they are for example suitable for closed circuit cooling of electrical equipment using demineralised water and for cooling water soluble oil solutions in quenching tanks.
The shell side usually contains the process fluid and the tube side water from the town mains or a cooling tower, or an ethylene glycol solution from a chiller unit. In certain circumstances this flow arrangement can be reversed, but please consult us first.

The CJC%u2122 Piston Rod filter module collects and cleans drain oil from the piston rod stuffing boxes on 2-stroke engines.
The CJC%u2122 Piston Rod filter module has a large dirt holding capacity and retains the abrasive particles normally found in stuffing box oil.
The tank contains 75 L of drain oil. The oil is constantly circulated through the filter and the clean oil is automatically discharged to the engine. The amount of drain oil is logged for trend analysis, which makes it possible to monitor the condition of the stuffing boxes.
Despite the minor oil leakage from the stuffing boxes, filtration of the drain oil is still a profitable investment.
