A one-part, fast skinning (10 minutes) and fast curing (24 hours) multi-purpose marine grade sealant with superior strength, adhesion, elongation and life characteristics. Cures in temperatures of -20ºF (-28.9ºC) to 120ºF (-48ºC) and can be wet sanded and painted after curing. Flexibility and compression capabilities are excellent. Heavy duty use above or below the waterline. Twists, bends, expands, compresses. Seals ports, beds hardware, stops leaks. Resistant to teak boat cleaners, sailboat oil, diesel fuel and salt water. Adheres tenaciously without primers to fiberglass, glass, all plastic including Lexan. ABS, and Starboard. Simple clean up with mineral spirits.Not recommended for wooden deck seams or use is areas subject to gasoline.

MATT FLEX. is a sealant M.S. Polymer based free from solvent, isocyanate and silicone. MATT FLEX. is flexible, resistant and polymerizing very quickly in contact with the moisture of the air. After drying, it keeps its flexibility. Weather and ageing resistance. Adhears well to a wide array of substrates such as woods, metals, metal marine primer, lacquer layers, plastics, ceramic materials .... Usage : 400 ml = 2,5/3m of sealant of 10mm - Application : sealing, caulking, isolating, bonding of sailboat cover parts. MATT FLEX. is packing in cartbridge. Spread the sealant according to case for boats's using a spatula or of a marine knife. It is important to carry out a sufficient pressure in order to compact the sealant in cavities, cracks, holes to be blocked and to support its adhesiveness with the support. |

| This glue for boat developed especially for the bonding of Neoprene and Neoprene Hypalon water resistant materials, as used for inflatable dinghies for boats. It also serves as a suitable bonding agent for various types of rubber composites, such as SBR and Neoprene/metal. When applying this glue, add 5% to 10% DESMODUR RFE or ORCA® Hardener RFE according to the amount of ORCA® GLUE used. From 10 liters of mixed product, it is possible to improve the pot life of the adhesive reducing the quantity of hardener to 5% in volume only. |
