Supplied in a rugged waterproof Storm case for boat, the IM-SCU-SYS system, sometimes referred to as the 'Super-Yacht Scubar', is the perfect way for re-sellers and distributors to demonstrate the benefits and functionality of Scubar.
This package comprises the standard Scubar system as well as all accessories currently available. These include:
IM-SCU-LED Dual Camera / Secondary LED head
IM-SCU-MAG Dual Camera / Magnet head
IM-SCU-DVR Digital Media Recorder
The system is also sent with both 4.5 meter and 10 meter pole options. |

The IM-SCU-R 'Rugged Scubar' is a more 'professional' version of the standard Scubar system.
The lightweight canvas monitor / battery unit is replaced by a tough Storm case for boat into which the 5.6" colour TFT marine screen, batteries for boats and internal circuitry are housed. The case itself is fully waterproof and when secured, sealed to IP68.
Built in camera/charger and video output connectors for boats are flush mounted waterproof military grade, and new cables are supplied accordingly.
Like the standard monitor/battery pack, a sun-visor and splash-shield is built into the case, which can be viewed as a neck-worn device or free standing.
The power switch and battery level meter are mounted inside the case to prevent accidental operation and subsequent battery drain. An auto battery-off feature is also built in for this purpose.
Scubar-R systems have facility to incorporate the IM-SCU-DVR digital media recorder which is available separately. |

The standard Scubar system is supplied with the following components:
Camera Wand Unit
High resolution colour CCTV camera with in-built LED illumination. The LED are automatically controlled by a photoelectric diode which operates below 0.4 lux.
Waterproof to 40 meters, the camera is fixed to a 12" manually flexible neck section that joined in turn to the wand handle. This allows the camera to be manipulated into the desired position.
Telescopic Extension for boats Pole
Three stage lightweight extension pole constructed from spun glass fibre. Each section measures 1.5 meters, allowing full extension to 4.5 meters. Compression clamps fitted to each section let the used fix the pole at the desired length.
Monitor / Battery Pack
Power for the monitor and camera is provided by rechargeable sealed lead acid marine batteries contained in the monitor case for boats, which is constructed from hardwearing but lightweight materials. The 5.6" colour TFT boat screen sits in a foam moulding that also secures the batteries and internal circuitry.
Battery / Charger for boat Information
12vdc Sealed Lead Acid batteries provide around two hours continual operation between charges.
Cables for boats
Camera Wand and extension pole cables are fitted with military grade fully waterproof IP68 connectors for boats and reinforced internally with a waterproof silicon compound.

The IM-SCU-10 system is supplied as per the standard system with the 3 meter to 10 meter telescopic extension for boat pole option. The standard pole is also supplied for convenience.
When collapsed, the IM-SCU-10, which as per the standard pole comprises three sections, measures 3 meters and comes supplied in a padded canvas carry case for boats.
Operation of the longer pole is exactly the same as the standard pole, with compression clamps fitted to each section of the pole allowing the user to set the desired length. |

The IM-SCU-FS Scubar system incorporates the features of the standard Scubar and Scubar-R systems in a high visibility yellow and red colour scheme, specifically produced for the emergency services.
Cables for boats are also supplied with 90 degree metal connectors for boats to prevent damage to cables during operation in extreme conditions.
A wireless video transmitter can also be built into the monitor case for boats that beam pictures directly back to support unit up to 100 meters away (line of sight). |

The IM-SCU-LED dual camera/light wand unit comprises the standard Scubar camera / LED module with a secondary module made up of 15 hi-bright white LEDs.
Both modules are fixed to the wand handle by a flexible neck section that lets the operator direct light and adjust the camera view as desired.
Like the standard Scubar camera wand, the IM-SCU-LED wand can be used as a handscope or plugged into the extension for boat pole.
The IM-SCU-LED is the perfect solution for extreme low light searches and inspections. |

In complete absence of light for boats the infrared system automatically starts functioning. This allows a clear vision of the environment surrounding the video camera. This function is extremely useful in the engine for boats room, in the cockpits, in the forepeak for chain for boat and boat anchor in the bow, or in all those areas of the vessel where there is no sunlight. The video camera is also provided with a MIRROR FOR BOAT function, especially developed for the engine room and for controlling the stern mooring for boats. The monitor, when staying at the vessel sailboat rudder, what one would see if he were looking in the rear-view mirror of a car. |
