BOAT LIFT mobile boat haulers are designed and manufactured to guarantee the utmost safety and reliability relying on the most up-to-date technology.
All our machines feature an electronic steering system for a perfect wheel alignment under any circumstances. Just by pressing a push-button on the touch screen it is possible to pass from one mode to another: four steering wheels - two steering wheels and two skid steering - crab steering.
BOAT LIFT machines are equipped with a weighing system complete with bolted load cells, mounted on blocks; this system has a double function:
to limit the lifted load beyond the admitted capacity (three attention/ operation thresholds)
To control craft total, aft and forward weight through on-board display.
BOAT LIFT mobile boat haulers feature as well a device that progressively speeds up or slows down the machine avoiding risky swinging of the craft carried.

The equipment, used for transporting and handling cruise-boat elements weighing up to 300t, has a lifting travel - under the hook - of 50m and a span of 45m.
Besides, we can supply MOBILE BOAT HAULERS and MOBILE BOAT TRAILERS for handling and transporting, dry-docking and launching boats with a weight up to 1500 ton.

Elidra 200V, travel lift with advanced cross beam very useful to get almost any boat in any position without removing structures that can interfere with the cross beam as antennas, flyer, ... This machine has 4 couple of lifting points, the central 2 can move by means of direct hydraulic pistons (reducing maintenance). By the two adjustable couples of lifting points you can lift the smallest boats or adapting them for the best handling. Our machines are always tested with overload: 10% on the nominal lifting capacity on movement (dynamic test) and 25% static (static test). An important guarantee of good working.

All models, are also available in the Amphibious configuration that don't need the docks-side, but travel on the existing slip-way in reinforced concrete directly, a fully load, with a slope from 8% up to 14%, the first of it working since 1982. This solution, permit you the save money in docks-side construction, save time because you can work the same day that you receive the machine, because you don’t need any bureaucratic authorizations.

The Dock Side Crane is Electrical slewing with luffing boom, moving on rails. All mechanical and steelwork components are designed and fabricated in our workshop. The crane is fabricated based on the most recent technological processes.
The crane, which moves on rails along the dock, consists of:
- A portal framework with rigid legs made of welded steel sheets, supported by equalizing trolleys that carry the wheels and the rolling mechanisms.
The framework will house the ballast required to prevent the crane itself from overturning.
- A middle column housing the ladder that provides access to the upper levels.
On the top of the column, a slew drive is placed, designed to bear the thrusts caused by the wind and the overturning moment of the slewing part.
- A rotating platform where the command cabin and the cabin housing the winches and the rotation mechanisms are positioned.
On the rear part of the platform itself, a counterweight is fitted to ensure that the slewing part of the crane is always balanced.
- A luffing boom consisting of a lattice truss, hinged to the rotating platform.
- A set of ladders and catwalks that provide access to the cabin and to the various mechanisms located outside the cabin.

Our company was the first to introduce in the sector systems like: "Slewing Rings" and "spur gear driven types". At the end we can ensure that the "Slewing Rings-Piston" system has much more pros and can do the same steering movements.

The Mobile Harbour Crane was designed to be a multi-function hoisting means, fast and strong, capable of meeting any possible need in a simple and economic way.
Any movement of the crane is commanded from the control cabin.
The crane moves on steering wheel holders, half of which powered, which are transversally balanced and hydraulically bumpered so as to achieve a uniform distribution of the load over the two wheels.
N° 4 stabilizers, located at the ends of the trolley, are hydraulically operated by a jack housed in the structure of the stabilizer itself.
